Schwarzman Scholarship Information Session

Do you aim to be a future leader on the global stage? Are you interested in getting a Master's degree in Global Affairs?

Schwarzman Scholars is a program for the next generation of young leaders, anchored in a fully-funded 11-month Master’s Degree in Global Affairs at Beijing’s Tsinghua University. The program encompasses educational opportunities in and outside the classroom, including extensive leadership training, a network of senior mentors, optional internships, career development, and travel seminars around China. Schwarzman Scholars prepares young leaders for a world where China plays a vital role. 

Eligibility

This program is open to students from any major and all citizenships. Classes are taught in English. Seniors, graduate or professional students, and graduates under the age of 28 are eligible to apply. The program funds up to 200 students annually (40% U.S., 20% Greater China, and 40% other countries). 

Deadline 

U.S. & Global Applicants: the deadline is September 12, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. EDT.  (Program begins Aug. 2025)

Applicants with Chinese Passports: the deadline is May 20, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. CST. (Program begins Aug. 2025)

Application Preparation

If you are interested in applying, please attend an upcoming information session given by Schwarzman Scholars. Information sessions will begin on May 20, 2024, and run through September 6, 2024.
