Hi, my name is Mike Ware, proud former defensive lineman for the University of Illinois and part of the unforgettable 2008 Rose Bowl team. I took the grit and teamwork learned on the field and built a mission-driven company — Ware Landscaping — based in Naperville, Illinois. Now, I’m looking for the next standout Illini to join our team and grow with us.
We’re currently hiring a Landscape Architect / Designer with a strong background in:
• Horticulture
• 2D & 3D design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.)
• Video design and presentation skills
• Sales interest — someone who wants to work with clients, present designs, and help bring beautiful spaces to life
What We’re Looking For:
• Creative, skilled designer with a passion for landscapes and outdoor living
• Motivated seller who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys connecting their designs to customer vision
• Someone who’s ready to commit long-term and become a key part of our leadership team
