Insite Studio is a planning and landscape architecture firm based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida providing professional design services for both private and public sector developers across South Florida. From conceptual site design and feasibility analysis, to spearheading site approvals, regulatory permitting, and construction administration, our firm successfully manages all aspects of the land development process.
We are hiring entry level designers and planners to assist us in the preparation of site plans, landscape/hardscape plans, 3D renderings, feasibility analyses, land planning reports/assessments, and due diligence reports. Our team works in collaboration with interdisciplinary land development professionals including, but not limited to, architects, landscape architects, environmental scientists, surveyors, civil and structural engineers, land use attorneys, and investors.
At the end of the day, we are looking for talented individuals passionate about problem solving and identifying risk as it relates to land development, devising creative solutions to mitigate those risks via site design, and assist our clients in navigating complex approval processes across numerous regulatory agencies to bring construction projects to fruition and completion.
AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience required
Sketchup, Lumion experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for research, analysis, and technical writing
